Visas and Residency
Once the commercial registration and the licence are complete, the establishment moves into its operating stage for staff and residency. This covers registering the establishment with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, issuing work permits for employees, obtaining the investor visa, and opening the Social Insurance file. The Authority account cannot be opened before the registration and the licence are complete.
