Top Delmon Services is a licensed professional office established in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2016, fully Bahraini owned and classified by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce among professional bodies. It specialises in company formation, commercial registration and government transactions, serving Bahraini and foreign business owners and investors. The office has completed more than 6,230 transactions for over 445 clients.

About the office
Top Delmon was established in 2016 to give business owners what most of the market lacks: a single office that handles their government procedures from beginning to end, with precise knowledge of the regulations and a commitment to them.
We do not work as a transaction office that simply files what it is asked to file. We review the client, the activity and the nationality before any procedure begins, and we set out what the regulations allow and what they do not, before the client commits to anything.
The office holds a professional office licence issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, is fully Bahraini owned, and is registered under commercial registration number 115387-2, which can be verified through the commercial registration system.
This classification allows the office to file incorporation and registration transactions through its own account at the ministry, with no formal power of attorney required from the client. It is a step the classification saves business owners on every transaction.

A word from the Chief Executive
I started this office in 2016 after years of following government transactions, and I kept seeing the same thing: a business owner starts a venture full of enthusiasm, then spends the first months correcting a mistake made on day one, because nobody told them the requirements before they paid.
So we built the office on a single rule: we review before we file. We tell the client what the regulations allow and what they do not, even when the answer is that what they want is not possible. That has cost us transactions, but it has never cost us a client who came back and found that what they had been told was right.
Today, after more than six thousand transactions and hundreds of companies, I know none of it would have happened without a team that knows the detail of every government authority on its own, and without clients who trusted us when we were starting out. What we owe everyone who works with us is simple: to treat their transaction as we treat our own, and to tell them the truth even when it is not in our interest.
